This is a fantastic site to explore the Yorkshire Coast, York and Harrogate. Small and intimate; miles away from the madding crowd. A tranquil oasis! It was our third visit. Mrs L, Crewe, Cheshire 02 November 2010
Perfect location for local attractions. Fishing was excellent. Safe, child friendly site. Mrs G, FAKENHAM, Norfolk 17 August 2010
I would recommend this holiday to anyone who is looking for peace and quiet, but with the convenience of being close to a flourishing market town. Mr C, Dunfermline, Fife 13 July 2010
Great site, very peaceful, good location. Nice new caravans, friendly owners. Mrs M, NORTHAMPTON 13 June 2010
It was peaceful, relaxing but slightly luxurious at the same time. A real old fashioned family holiday. The children adored the farm surroundings and we would definitely recommend it. Mrs C, Manchester, Lancashire 09 May 2010
Wonderful little site, the 3 boys in our party, 4, 5 and 7 had a great time. The games room is excellent - wish we had looked at it earlier in our stay and the caravan (Woodmansey) was spotless and had little touches such as coffee and tea, salt and pepper and washing up liquid - not something you get everywhere!!! We will definitely be visiting again. Mrs R, Loughborough, Leicestershire 06 May 2010
Had a long wekend at the Woodmansey caravan, and could'nt ask for more! Caravan was fantastic, gorgeous layout! On site was brilliant for my two kids, who especially loved the early morning rooster call... And loved that the ducks & chickens would wait outside the caravan for them to come and see them!! All round great family get away! Mrs M, STOCKTON-ON-TEES, 18 January 2010
My wife and I have had two fantastic holidays at Barmston Farm this year. The caravan and the fishing on site are first rate, and the park owners, Nigel and Fiona were most helpful with suggestions on where to visit and eat in the area. Mr M, KEIGHLEY, West Yorkshire 26 November 2009
We would really like to recommend Barmston Farm Holiday Park. We as a family love caravan holidays but don't like all the rowdy parks with clubs and entertainment - this park is tranquil, peaceful and lovely with all the animals and wildlife. In the surrounding area there are good shopping facilities, restaurants and takeaways, Beverley is packed with shops and York isn't too far away. We had a lovely time and will be returning in the near future. Mrs O, DEESIDE, Clwyd 26 November 2009
The park was excellent and so quiet and peaceful. Nigel and his wife were very welcoming and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this park with no hesitation and hope to revisit in the future! Mrs W, DARWEN, Lancashire 25 August 2009
A beautiful, peaceful park with very friendly and helpful staff. A perfect hideaway to recharge your batteries - we look forward to a return visit in the future. Mrs M, Keighley, West Yorkshire 26 June 2009
